Server Rules.

SERVER RULES:

1. Roleplay Terms
-You must keep roleplaying and remain In-Character all the time.( unless going Out-Of-Character with an administrator's permission)
* If you see any rulebreaking during a Role-Play, /report and pause the Role-Play until the administrator handles your report.
* If you see ANY rulebreaking by another party but can't /report (Administrator actively involved in a Role-Play/No administrator online) just keep role-playing and in the meantime take screenshots or videos to report at a later time on the forum.
* You can't Role-Play whilst in admin-prison.
* You can't Role-Play whilst admins are handling the Role-Play in an Out-Of-Character context (Including issues or special organized events being conducted by an or multiple administrators).


2. Metagaming
- Using Out-Of-Character Information In character is not allowed.
* Using name tags that SAMP provide to know someone's name is not allowed.
* Using the PM system or any other Out-Of-Character communication to let someone know about an In-Character matter is prohibited. Example : Telling someone your location whilst Out-Of-Character.
* Using chat acronyms or abbreviations such as OMG, LOL, ur and/or smilies whilst In-Character is not allowed.



3. Powergaming
- Powergaming is the action of performing Role-Play acts that simply are not humanly plausible.
- Powergaming is also forcing a Role-Play action upon someone else, yet not actually giving them a proper chance in the Role-Play to react.
* Having a perfect character without any weakness and disadvantages is not allowed. Everyone is fallible in some aspect or another.
* Role-Playing as though you have something you don't actually own from an In-Character standpoint is also not allowed.



4. Hacking
- Using 3rd-party programs to take an advantage over other players is not allowed.
- All CLEO mods are strictly forbidden.
* Using skin or visual modifications is deemed acceptable.
* Using modifications that affect gameplay is forbidden. Example: Changing a big car model with a little one. It will only ruin the experience for both you and for others.



5. Deathmatching
- Killing other characters for unrealistic or improbable reasons is not allowed..
- Killing someone after robbing/scamming them is allowed.
- Revenge Killing people is not allowed. Definition:
* Killing someone that has just killed you.
* Killing someone that just robbed/scammed you and made you forget the scene.


6. Quitting To Avoid Role-Play
- Quitting to avoid your character's death is not allowed.
- - Quitting to avoid isolation/arrest is not allowed.


7. Healing During Fights
-Using any method of getting an advantage over other players involved in a fight such as using any health-altering products is NOT allowed.
-If you run away from a battle to heal yourself you can't turn back and join in the same fight.
*But you can join/start a new battle involving same individuals you were fighting.

8. Bunny Hopping
Jumping repetitively to get somewhere faster is NOT allowed. Although you may find this form of transport to be convenient and quick, it gives you an unfair advantage over the rest of the players.
*It doesn't appeal in the Role-Play genre because it is unlikely that people travel in such a way from an Out-Of-Character standpoint.

9. Player and Admin Disrespect
-Disrespecting other players is ONLY allowed when you are doing so In-Character, where you are insulting their CHARACTER, and NOT THEM.
Disrespectin/Insulting players whilst Out-Of-Character is STRICTLY forbidden.
-Disrespecting admins because of a decision that they have made is not allowed, you always have to respect their decision whether you are happy with it or not, but may appeal against their decision on the forum.


10. Spamming
-Saying a couple of words/sentence more than 3 times is counted as spamming unless you are Role-Playing a character with a valid reason to repeat a sentence several times.
-Spamming in Out-Of-Character chats/conversations is absolutely forbidden.


11. AFK and Pausing
-Being AFK in the middle of a populated public place is not allowed at all.
-Going AFK/pausing to avoid any In-Character situation or evade an administrator's punishment or discussion is not allowed.
-Admins have the right to kick you at any time that they wish when/if you are AFK.


12. Advertising
-Advertising any SAMP/MTA server is not allowed at all.
-Advertising your Youtube channel or Facebook page or your private site is not allowed.
-Linking to The SAMP official forum though players are not permitted to advertise within it.


13. Bug Abuse
-Using any exploit or a bug to get an advantage over other players is not allowed.
*This includes but isn't limited to using mapping errors to get out prison or using any unwanted script issues that give you unintended benefits.


14.Disobeying Administrators' Instructions
- When an administrator makes a decision you are supposed to abide by it without complaining.
- Do not go against an administrator's final decision, even if you think they may be wrong.
- If you think an administrator is abusing their powers, follow their instructions but create a report on the forums afterwards with feasible proof of the situation.


15. Role-Playing Fear
-Every human being cares about his life, so you need to always Role-Play fear even if you are the toughest inmate in prison, from getting isolated after doing something wrong, frisked when in possession of illegal items or getting executed, etc... (You're expected to use a bit of common sense)
-You always should Role-Play fear from weapons , such as melee weapons, and Guards' weapons , even if they use rubber bullets , they will likely inflict copious amounts of pain for you, and you should therefore Role-Play fearing it.
*Hint: Ask yourself- "Fight OR Flight?"

Note: These rules are subject to change at any time. Any tweaks/additions to these rules MUST be added below by an administrator as a running log of any changes. The consequences of rule breaches may be overridden by a Head administrator.
